Sending a correction
To fix a number fast, include:
- The exact vehicle — year, make, model, engine, axle ratio, cab, and package.
- The figure you saw here and the figure you believe is right.
- Your source (the page of the manufacturer's towing guide, or a photo of the door-jamb sticker).
We resolve source disagreements to the more conservative number until verified, then update the page and its date. How we handle data is on the methodology page.
